How booking works

  1. Call 204-582-2362 between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., any day of the week, and give us the address.
  2. We book a same-day visit with one of our doctors.
  3. The doctor comes to your home. We cannot give a specific arrival time, so please plan to stay home.

Help the doctor find you

  • Apartments and condos: tell us the building name, unit number and buzzer code.
  • Seniors' apartments and 55+ buildings: yes, we visit you at home there. Tell us the building name, unit number and the best entrance to use.
  • Houses: turn on outside lights and, in winter, clear the path if you can.
  • Back lanes and side doors: tell us which door to use.
